3. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of Schoolio require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, though no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

4. Data and Content

You retain all rights to the data you input into the platform (e.g., student records, financial data). We do not claim ownership of your data. However, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data solely to provide the Schoolio services to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to input any third-party data (e.g., student photos) into the system.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schoolio, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business operations.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Schoolio if you violate these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
